How to reset Dahua IPc-651e/T13

Hello everyone,

After changing the internet box, I can not find my camera on the network.

I would like to perform a reset in order to use the native IP address.
After reading, I can not find how to reset on this camera.

The top board with the capacitors and red wiring is the POE power board. You'd need to remove it to get to the Hi3516-based camera board below. Those boards typically do not have a pair of reset vias, unfortunately. There should be a set of three or four vias (holes) near one of the corner screws. These would be the serial console port, where you might connect a USB/TTL adapter. At that point, you're into the bootstrap/BIOS/CFE arena, and not the Linux operating system (yet.)

Hopefully, someone with more experience on these boards will offer suggestions.
