How to mount turret camera to outside wall

Hi all,

Getting one step closer to purchasing my first camera, will be going for DS-CD2342WD-I camera(s) and am looking at the following mount.

This bolts directly to the wall, so how do people run the cable into the mount, as I won't be able to still through this wall.
