searching myself. Chinese supplier sent me an update that would make my 5.23 firmware English again. Instead got 5.3 chinese and completely stuck now

AFAIK there is no v5.3.0 for this model. I say AFAIK because it's a Chinese-domestic model and most of us don't know much about it.
