How to enable the substream video? IP2M-841B-v3

Just got this last week. It seems the substream is not feeding anything. I am using the default settings. Could the camera be defected or I miss some steps? Please help.

In what manner are you viewing?
Blue Iris, VLC or browser?

Log into the cam's webGUI using it's IP address, go to "setup" => "camera" => "video" and insure sub stream is "enabled" on right side.

The "enabled" is checked. I am using firefox to view the video. Main stream is fine. When clicking on "Sub Stream", the circle is spinning and no video is seen.

Have you performed a hard reset (the tiny button on the rear) and re-configured?

Can you verify that the firmware version is the latest available?

Are you able to test the Substream using a different browser?
