Hello... I bought a HikVision 8003 for my hotel door a few days ago. However, it's not the original Hikvision 8003, but the SVM700401. This is supposed to be compatible. I also have the keypad module. I've installed the iVMS4200 and implemented the camera. The keypad is also connected and is recognized. I also get the camera image and can store codes, and when I enter them, the message "door is open" appears.
So far, so good.
I then installed the Hik-Connect app, but I can't get the door module into it. In the iVSM4200, "HIK connect" is also set to N/A and not enabled.
Does anyone have any ideas?
