How to contact BlueIris

I have purchased BlueIris for my School and used BACS to pay for the software, however I have not received the serial no. I am wondering how other people have managed to communicate with BlueIris as none of my emails have been replied to. the emails I have used are support@blueirissoftware.com & 'register@blueirissoftware.com' (of which the mailbox is full).

Any help would greatly recieved.

Welcome to the forum! The support email address should work....make sure the email is not in your spam...
Also try using another email address - maybe yours is going to his spam..
