How to config my Cam?

I will put my AXIS P1365 Mk II into an Axis Case and Mount on the Side of the Roof.
But how to config the lens system? I had an Training but there was no good information how to config the cam so that the results are good.

EDIT: How to connect the Alarm Port from the Case to the Cam?
The have different Plugs?!

The external version of the camera is a P1365-E. Why wasn't it purchased like that initially ?. Be sure that you have the exact case for that camera.You should seek help from your reseller.

But how to config the lens system?

You manually adjust the zoom and focus via the pullers on the lens then use the web interface to do the final autofocus.

So the Case is: T92E20 and the Plug from the case what every dont fit into the cam becouse the plug is different.
So what now?

From the Axis web site, that case is compatible and seems it should work with your camera.
