How do you activiate two-way audio on Amcrest IP2M-841W?

I have a pan/tilt Amcrest IP2m-841 in my basement watching my dogs. Audio picked up by the microphone comes in nice and clear, but I am unsure how to transmit audio out of the speaker. I do not see any 'push to talk' or transmit buttons on the LIVE interface when accessing the camera's web interface directly nor do I see any such option when accessing through Blue Iris 5. I thought it might be automatic but I did not receive any notification of my browser enabling or otherwise accessing my microphone (This happens via a software called 'Oversight' on macOS).

Is there something I'm missing here?

What are you using as a microphone on PC when trying the cam's webGUI or with Blue Iris console, not the BI app?
