How do i purchase a year of extended support for Blue Iris 5?

Hi,

I have disabled internet on my camera vlan which my BI5 server is running. I would like to purchase a year of updates but am unable to figure out how to do this. The BI website has new licenses but I have a license but cannot update.

Any help would be great.

Yeah you probably will need to give it internet access to get the support license key activated.

Do note the $34.95 /yr price option signs you up for automatic renewal each year. You can cancel the auto renew if you don't want that to happen automatically.
