How do I find the cameras...

I recently moved into a new house the the previous owner left the security cameras (5) up. He gave me a sheet with the IP addresses, root, username and password for each camera. I would go about viewing these cameras? All the cameras are hard wired (Poe) back to a switch and the switch is connected to the modem/wireless router.

Put Blue Iris ( software ) on a windows PC and connect it to the LAN.. then see the Blue Iris section...
 
You can use ONVIF Device Manager to check them out. If the previous owner blocked their internet access via the router you can connect your PC or laptop through one of the ports on the switch. This program can provide useful info on each camera.
mat200 beat me to it and Blue Iris is a fantastic choice to set up your system on.
