Hello,

I have an ipc365 camera, the onvif information of this camera is available in the photo below.

I was able to take images through onvif without any problem on my old nvr device based on "xmeye". I was entering the information correctly through the onvif system.

I bought a new "xmeye" based nvr device, general information and version information of this device are available in the photos below.

This new nvr device gives an error as "not logged in" and I can't get a picture. There is a problem. On the old device, there is no problem, the image is displayed.

what should I do?

Summary: There was no problem in the old nvr device, there is a problem in the new nvr device, the image does not appear, so it gives the error "not logged in".
note: I enter the onvif username and password correctly and even though I changed it, the problem was not resolved.

I translated it with the help of google translate, sorry for the mistakes, thanks for your answers...

additional info: ipc365 camera uses "360eyes" mobile app in phone software and there is no problem. I can turn the "onvif" feature on or off from this mobile application. I can change the onvif password from this mobile application.

EDİT: additional info2: my camera model on 360eyes application: EC101Y-B3Y10

I have a couple of cameras that simply refuse to work via onvif on my NVR. Different brands to yours but same issue.
They say incorrect password even though I have set the password myself on the camera.
In the end I was able to get the feeds from them by using rtsp.

I can't get any motion alerts from the cameras but at least I can record video from them.
Maybe try using rtsp feed for your cameras.

You need to possibly log into the Cam with previous NVR password, or possibly under " device add" or device search...
i get that on my NVR when move cameras to different ports sometimes.....
are using a new NVR password? try that also.

if the camera has a reset button that would help it or allow it to be DHCP assigned the correct IP scheme and a NEw NVR password

Hi, firstly thank you your answer, but i dont understand with translate. please your answer "stepbystep" ?
thank you.

i understand rtsp mode, but I don't know "rtsp" addresses. can you suggest me rtsp addresses?

old nvr device model code: QV-NVR3408P-B51 - Mobile app: xmeye

1. try old NVR password.

2. Try rebooting camera
3. Reboot NVR

I tried, but nothing changed, the problem persists.

  • in my opinion there is no problem with the camera.
  • the problem is in the software part of the new nvr device.
  • because it was working fine on the old nvr device, adding an additional camera was done very simply.

thanks for freetime.

try deleting the camera from the list.
then "ADD camera again by searching " device"
then in " SET" column. edit password maybe?

You will find in many instances ONVIF doesn't mean much. Especially as you go to no-name or off-brand cameras.

Even as a standard, there is no "standard" that every manufacturer follows.

Audio rarely follows a standard.

In reality, ONVIF is a paid designation, so a camera can set up their protocol however they want, but if they belong to ONVIF, they can slap ONVIF on their stuff. Some manufacturers are better than others at providing a standard that can be used with other devices. It may very well simply be a camera that cannot be brought into another brand device.

  • Yes, there is a reset button.
  • I reset the camera and then tried again, but nothing changed.
-I'm not a professional but I think the problem is with the new nvr device, not the camera. Because there was no such problem with the old nvr device, I could take images.

- I tried what you said many times, but there was no improvement. I even factory reset the new nvr device many times.

İlk gönderinizin ilk fotoğrafında onvif ayarlarını gösteriyorsunuz.
Orada özel bir seçenek var mı?
Öyleyse, özel olarak ayarlayın ve kameranın ayrıntılarını girin.
