Homeowner says someone was following her.. uh huh. Ooppss She's Right!

I doubt it's LEO, but without a front facing shot can't be 100% sure. Even on umarked units you can usually see their lights in the grill, front windshield, etc.. most still have the spotlight as well.

Thanks. Would nice if you could get the registration information as well.
Not a good idea, if you think about it.

As a result of the stalker murder of actress Rebecca Schaeffer in 1989, the federal statute Driver's Privacy Protection Act was passed in 1994 to prevent people from finding out where you live from easily available (at the time) personal info.

I said it would be nice, I figured that info was off limits to the average Joe

You are correct, it is off limits to the average Joe but you'd be surprised how many people are not aware of such legislation.

It would be nice to get more info. There used to be other sites that gave you more, like dates and price of sales with mileage. But now if you want that you have to pay. There are two sites I use that give you basic info for free. See below. There is another site that you give the VIN and it tells you if the car is listed in the insurance database as salvage or stolen. It is called VINCHECK.
