Hikvison iVMS 4200 Can't Download Files

Whenever I try to download video files using iVMS 4200 playback feature directly from onboard camera storage to computer I get this error:

Camera192.168.1.64Download Exception.Error Code PlayCtrl.dll[2]

I have tried everything I can think of and web doesn't give me much.

It download playboackclips just fine and stills just fine.

Anbody have any idea what I'm doing wrong to get such an error.

You need to do it from the web GUI that’s where the sd card is accessible
