Hikvision working on Live Cams Pro on iPhone, but not Blue Iris ??????

I have tried deleting from Blue Iris and re-adding, and I still get "NO SIGNAL" error message. have double checked ports etc. Also I cannot log into the camera using my DYNDNS for some reason. The camera is in michigan and Im in florida. I cannot use team viewer as I only have the router in Michigan no computer. What is blocking me from adding this to BI and something is blocking me from accessing it by me DYNDNS ? I can ping the DYNDNS with my port number and it is successful. The last time I logged into the camera I made it restore to factory setting, but it still works fine on Live Cams pro on my iPhone.
thanks for all you help! I hope this is the last question for awhile as Im sick of working on these !! lol
