Anybody have any clues as of what is going on here and how to resolve it.
Camera model: DS-2CD2T87G2P-LSU/SL 8 MP Hikvision (from Andy, I'll reach out directly as well).
Unfortunately I can't validate the Firmware of the camera atm (camera installed at sister's location). However I do remember upon completing camera installation (roughly about 6 months ago) camera had the latest firmware.
I initially thought it was just the mobile app (DMSS) not showing camera correctly when in "HD" ( as camera looked fine in "SD"). Upon further review and completing a wellness check on the system, it appears camera is recording this way all the time (not good). TIA!

- Color settings all Default.
- First image High Definition, (camera recording this way).
- Second image Standard Definition.
