HikVision PTZ not working

I’m using a HikVision and DS-2CD2183G0-I on Blue Iris but can’t get any PTZ controls to work. Here are my settings. Any ideas? Thanks.

Well guys, I figured out the problem shortly after my post. This cam does not have PTZ! Sure looked like it did from the photo. Returning to Amazon.

DS-2CD2183G0-I Is not PTZ, not even Z. Its fixed lens you could get zoom if u had -IZ model then lens would be 2,8-12mm
