I have a problem with my Hikvision DVR
model: DS-7616NI-E2/16P
firmware: V3.4.106 build 191009
It has 15 POE cameras and about 4 cameras I have a problem with playback through web access, of these 4 for example, one I can't see the current day's recordings, and another says there are no recordings, but if I open these same cameras in IVMS it reproduces normally without errors, I looked at these cameras with problems and compared them with others on the same NVR that have no problem, and the settings from the firmware, to the bitrate and fps are the same, I don't understand why some are showing this problem only when accessing web.
I've already tested web access from different computers, I've tried removing the "web components" plugin and installing it again, I've tried updating it but nothing has helped
