I have been asked to take over several of the above NVR as the Manager is not happy with current service provider and wanting me to change the passwords on them .The NVR is running v 4.40.015 build 200616. I have tried the Reset tool here but no luck . Has anyone able to use any reset tool to be able to change the admin password
 
Not in a few years. Hik stopped it, now you have to email them some script while on the phone with them to reset.
