Hello. I've been using Motion Detection which I setup through the NVR and was wondering how to get Intrusion Detection to work. I have made the Intrusion Detection settings through the camera interface and have not had any alerts. Am I missing something?

Hey you need to set up VCA recording on your NVR...this guide should show you how to do it and get it going...worked for me so if you have any other questions let me know.

Still haven't got it right. Going to default the cameras and the NVR and try again.

Let me know if you still need help. Biggest thing is make sure VCA is enabled on NVR...there should be a check box and that your NVR is set to VCA record schedule. Then make sure your cameras are set up for intrusion detection or line crossing or both, whatever your preference is.
