We recently installed Hikvision Minmoe terminals the DS-K1T341BM for access control. We enrolled a few users and it worked well, however, one of the users that we enrolled is not being recognised by the terminals. It says that he needs to move the position of his face. It only works once he turns his face to the side a little bit. It is strange because his picture was taken properly just like all the other users.
