Hikvision kv9503 camera and second stream

I have a system built of kv 9503, 7608nxi, kh6230.

Kv 9503 has 2 cameras but I can't get the nvr to work with the second one. It get detected on the camera add page, but failed to get signal.

When I am trying to use the first camera, as long as nvr connected, hik connect fail to view the video stream from the cameras in live view, and also in the 6230 main unit.

What I think is there is a problem using second stream for video in the nvr, but when I choose to use second stream the option in the camera or dvr doesn't save.

1. Is it possible that camera problem in 9503 unit is by the firmware?

2.does the live view problem is because of the nvr using the stream?

3. Why I can't save the usage of second stream

other then the problem of connectiong to the second camera, and the fact that i am not able to "fast search" the cameras but neet to enter the ip of the doorbell in nvr, all problems solved by downgrading to VIS_INDOOR_R0_EN_STD_V2.2.4_build230213

still , no second camera connection but i think its because of the fact that there are 2 cameras on one ip
