I'm trying to set up line crossing + notification via email for a system that has both a hikvison NVR and Camera with absolutely no success. I have tried what I think is everything, but my attempts to draw any kind of line (for the crossing line) have come to nothing...I simply cannot draw a line.
Could someone please explain to me what I need to do and how? Essentially, I want the system to email me when someone crosses a line...or perhaps enters an area if that is easier?
