I purchased Hikvision intercom kit which comes with:
Door station: DS-KV6113-WPE1(B)
Indoor station: DS-KH6320-WTE1
I am facing difficulty in configuring it and I have reset both devices multiple times. Now with the latest configurations I am able to access both devices through HK-Connect mobile App via LAN connection and online/remote access. Both devices are on the same network having IPs 192.168.0.151 and 192.168.0.152. Both devices are shown on SADP and iVM client software as active/online.
But the problem is both these devices don't find each other. I have also added an indoor station in the 'Device management' section of the door station but the indoor station is shown as Offline and the error message is: "Network unreachable".
