Hikvision DS-2CD4A26FWD ANPR function is lost after firmware update.

Hi everybody.
I did a firmware update, for my DS-2CD4A26FWD, now I have no ANPR anymore.

I tried:
dz20180502_004_na_r3_en_std_5.4.7_180611_car
V5.4.5 build 201026 PJ14PC20200817211_FF_R3_EN_STD_5.4.5_201026_CAR
V5.4.83 build 180817 IPC_R3_EN_STD_5.4.7_180309_CAR
V5.4.83 build 180817IPC_R3_EN_STD_5.4.83_180817
But nothing gives ANPR

It doesn't help you now, but why were you updating?

A common theme around here is don't fix what ain't broke because many times a firmware update eliminates something you want.

Only update if it is known to fix a problem you have and won't eliminate something you have that you want.

There was another member here that had a newer HIK anpr camera that lost the ability to read USA plates on a firmware update and he was USA.

Some of the newer cams are not allowing a rollback to an older firmware so he basically had a useless camera.

How old is the camera?

Hopefully someone here has a solution for you.
