Hikvision DS-2CD2542FWD-IWS microphone problem

Hello all

I've got DS-2CD2542FWD-IWS ip cam with built in mic.
I've connected a powered Hikvision DS-2FP4021-B mic to the line in (picture attached).
When i go to the audio menu, there is no Line in option (picture attached).
The audio is keep coming from the internal mic.
The firmware upgrade not working (picture attached)
i've download the firmware from this link

As for firmware - check exact model you have, on hikvision site there is (D) version, and non-D version, you cant use different than your camera model.
As for audio, check if line in is available with different audio codec, if not contact your dealer, the cause is probably stupid and the support will figure it out quickly. Also i believe connection is wrong (looks like connected to alarm out and gnd), but in the menu it should be line in option anyways.

i've checked all of the codecs, no line in.
