Hikvision DS-2CD2432F-I Date / Time stamp

Need help please with the time and date stamp.

I tried changing it through my synology survellience software and with the LTS Platinum software. For some reason it won't change.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Just change it connecting directly to the camera with the web interface.
