Hikvision DS-2CD2355FDW-I Face detection

Hi all

I was wondering if anyone has this camera and got Face Detection working?

I have this cam hooked up to a Hikvision DS-7608NI-I2-8P NVR and it does not seem to detect

I set this up via the NVR

Face detection is enabled on the camera and arming schedule is set to 24/7. the record schedule was set to event automatically (is this right?)

On the NVR the Face detection is enabled and arming set to 24/7 the record schedule is set to continuous

Any ideas?
