sup dudes! I have 64 of these cameras up right now and I'm trying to change the FPS to 12. I do that, it saves, but then when I check back in the settings a few hours later it goes right back to 30 FPS. I've changed this about 10 times now on all cameras individually and it's driving me fucking insane. what the problem is?!?!??!!

Could it be another device on your network such as a Hikvision NVR, your PC surveillance software, or a NAS overwriting your settings? This has happened to me in the past.

Try that and hopefully it stops overwriting the camera settings.
