Hikvision DS-2CD2032F no data

Good day all together,
A Hikvision DS-2CD2032F gives a good image
Recording is also good.
Just can't set the data, for example, the infrared cannot be switched off
The settings in EVENT cannot be set, there is no image here either.
The camera has been reset
The fault message is HCnetsdk DII (7)
Who knows a solution

Which browser are you using?
Use IE11, not Edge with IE Tab....if unable to use IE, try Palemoon 32 bit and allow it to install the plug-in from the camera.

Could you give it a try to see if it resolves your issue?

Never heard of such a limitation....so even Hikvision's own tool, SADP, won't work?

Then if you're unable to make changes that's a good thing.

I remain skeptical, though.

You can change any camera settings via browser. Even if you are connected to an NVR. There are many threads explaining how to do this. If you are not connected to an NVR its even easier.
Also, lets be frank, the image of the 2032 at anything less then full daylight is terrible. The camera is very old and has a tiny sensor.
