I have an sub optimal camera installation where I can't figure out how to position the yellow lane markers and the blue trigger line. (Also I have difficulties at night, where I'm trying a lot of different parameters, but lets start by fixing the triggering). A, B or C?

This is a narrow street so only one car at a time in one or the other direction. Should I have the lines like this, or should they be narrower? Should I tilt the yellow lines or not?
When I had the yellow lines narrower I think I did not catch cars driving in the other direction (which ironically is the only direction I care about). I just tried to take them apart and will see if that improves, would like to get some expert tips though.
