Just saw this ColorVu ptz on Hikvision website. It's perfect for what I need except the form factor. Maybe some of you don't mind the large size of this ptz.

It's $1,276 for the 8MP version and $879 for the 4MP version on B&H website. I tried to search for videos of this camera but nothing so far. It will be interesting
to see what kind of video quality at night for this camera.
