Hikvision Camera Unable to Login on Web GUI

Hi all,

Having a bit of a problem. I've set up virtual host on my new DS-7616NI-I2 / 16P and I'm trying to access a new Hikvision 2335 Turret but when I enter the same username and password as my NVR, it says the username and password are incorrect. The camera is set up as plug n' play.

The NVR is on the latest firmware.

The camera is working fine with the NVR and I'm able to view the video stream and record fine.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
 
The admin password on the camera should be the one you had on the NVR when you first connected the camera with PnP.

If you have later changed the admin password on the NVR, that does not change the admin password on the camera.
