Hikvision access control-access card activation

When I'm trying to tap the reader by using newly added access card the door is not accepting the card and in Ivms software it's showing that expired card. There are 4 doors in the control panel and for all doors, it's showing the same.control panel Hikvision (SHDC4)

Sync time on your controller. It does that if Time is not matching your arming server time.
