Hikvision 2CD2185FWD-I I frame intervals settings

Hi all
I have 2185FWD-I dome camera. How use the I-Frame interval, and shutter speed in the camera setup options to best quality?
I am recording at 20 fps max resolution. (I have a 2 TB HDD)

what kind of shutter speed at night?

Not below than 1/25 sec. I´ve run into problems with lower shutter speeds at night time where my cam wasn´t able to restart after reboots.
