Hik vision freeze after 10 sec

I have a dvr Hik vision Ds-7208hqhi-f1. i install a new firmware via usb, but after it boots normaly it freeze after 10 sec .

It does not get other firmware, can anybody have any ide how to solve it.

Delete the copy of the firmware and download a fresh copy of it from Hikvision:

Please note: do not use the Asia firmware as that is particular to those machines in Asia.
Try installing the batch configuration tool on a computer and remotely flash the firmware:
