Hik NVR 7716NI-I4/16P missing a channel

Using the
Hik NVR 7716NI-I4/16P channel 6 is in the camera screen, I can manually set to working camera, yest on main view I only see 15 cameras

So strange. Been through the me us many times. Have 4 Remote offsite cameras and 9 local Plug and play cameras.

Any ideas?
