Hik-Connect P2P and LTS-8704 NVR?

So I have installed an LTS-8704 at client's site. He's using an ISP for internet access but they are not paying for a fixed IP address. The router is locked down, all config is done by the ISP. The ISP will open ports on request. For $10 more per month the client can get a fixed IP.

Client wants to remote view his cameras. Was thinking about the Hik-Connect iOS app.

(1) Does Hik-Connect play nice with the LTS-8704?
(2) Does the LTS-8704 support Hikvision's "Cloud P2P" which apparently does not require a fixed IP?
(3) Any other ideas to meet client's requirement without paying for a fixed IP address?

Not sure. But most LTS device are made by Hikivision.
