Hik-Connect - NVR

Hi guys,
In the pic attached from Hik-Connect app, screenshot of two separate different NVRs.
On the right you can search only Event, People or Vehicle. Great for constantly recording cameras which these are.

Hoping someone can tell me if this is function related (not turned on) or it's because it's a newer NVR.

I'm wondering if I can get this functionality on the NVR on the left?

NVR Left - DS-7732NI-I4 / 24P - I series
NVR Right - DS-7732NI-M4 / 24P - M series

I have the same problem with a newly purchased NVR DS-7608NXI-K1. I was just about to create a new topic with this problem.
In the application I only have a blue line without the ability to search for events. I haven't found a way to change this.
