Hik-Connect - Error 245451 - Video Playing Error

Hi All,

I use Hik-Connect on my android phone to view the IP cams and I've noticed that one of the cams throws up an error at times.

The error is 'Video Playing Error. Error Code (245451).

I've done a google search for that error code but I can't find anything.

Any ideas what the error code means, it there a list of codes floating around somewhere?

Ich have the same problem find a workaround but no solution in the Hik connect app, have your found anything?
