Hey there... I am super new to this forum, (along with being not-so-techy) so bear with me here...
I am having issues setting up my Hik-Connect app and notification emails. One out of three DVR's is working just fine with both emails and Hik-Connect app.
I use the following DVR models:
Any ideas to remedy this?
Let me know if I need to provide more information.. Like I said, I am not very "technologically advanced" so I am unsure what information I should provide!

- DS-7716NI-SP/16 - Emails working, Connect not working
- DS-7332HGHI-SH - Neither Emails nor Connect are working
- DS-7216HGHI-SH - Both Emails and Connect are working
