Hi from NC

I've been lurking around the forum for awhile trying to learn a thing or two. Just registered so I could download and hopefully absorb some of the info in the Resource Guides for Noobs. I'm planning on putting together a video system for my home. Lots of good info available here but there's so much of it that it's kind of overwhelming. Thanks in advance for your help.
