I’ve been wanting to set up a security camera system for the last 10 years or so and it looks like now is as good a time as any to take the first step. I was about 2 clicks away from making an ill informed purchase on Amazon when I decided to take a step back and try to learn the basics. I’ve read through the Cliff Notes and the WIKI and I’ve done a lot of home wiring. My fundamentals are sound so I’ll hopefully only need guidance on the details from time to time.
