hi im basically trying to set up a home external camera hikvision DS-2CD2T42WD-I5 where to start i bought it second hand few months ago to find it had password ect on took a while but thanks to a few forums on here managed to sort it to factory reset and now have my password ect set but how do i now set the camera up to view and record to my pc via my wifi router its not POE i have sepreate power supply and ethernet cable i can locate camera on SADP but dont exactly know what to do next any help would be much apprechated ive not got a huge knowlage on i.p addresses many thanks in advance

to be fair it cost me next no nothing so just trying to figure it all out ive managed to get ip ect sorted but i cant view live via the HIKVISION website inly via batch config i cant get HIKgui to register or let me add any cameras
