Just got a new Uniview IPC672LR-AX4DUPK PTZ cam. Got it set up in BI. I can see the video fine, but the PTZ doesn't work. The controls don't move the camera at all. I picked Uniview on the PTZ tab of the camera settings and PTZ is enabled in the BI setup. Can anyone help with getting this to work?
Also the sound is muffled. This isn't a big problem because I don't often use the sound capabilities. But I really need to get the PTZ working. Any help will be appreciated.
