HELP with NVR

I have a 9632 4k nvr with firmware 4.82. I have installed this about 1 year. couple week ago. I got a don't see any camera. so I look at the configuration in the nvr. it shown "the user is locked" on all camera. I try reboot everything. or even changed the password and took out illegal login. still don't work. I change all the ip of the cameras. and they all work for a day. next time. some cameras show password or user error. something like that. Thank you for any input.

Sounds like your NVR / Cameras may have been hacked... Read the threads below and disable any uPNP, port forwarding and p2p within your cameras and NVR. From your location I believe you are in China so it may be a bit harder to lock down your internet connection

Sounds like your NVR / Cameras may have been hacked... Read the threads below and disable any uPNP, port forwarding and p2p within your cameras and NVR. From your location I believe you are in China so it may be a bit harder to lock down your internet connection

I did disabled those. And the cameras are on seperated network. I can login the nvr from the internet and no other user added to the nvr.

The NVRs are also vulnerable the same way the cameras are.
