Trying to add a Dahua camera from a remote location thru PSS....I can access the camera thru DNS no problem, but when I try to add DNS adress and logon info to PSS it says offline cannot find network host? Im at a loss any help is app....Tks
Assuming your not using VPN, did you open the right ports? If you only opened port 80 you can access it trough the webpage, not SmartPSS. You need to open 37777.
