Help Upgrading DS-2CD2032-I Firmware

I was able to upgrade my first camera with no issues. The second one as soon as I hit upgrade I get "Upgrading Failed". I tried the TFTP Automatic Update Tool and never could get the camera to connect. Followed the instructions perfectly. Anyone have any ideas?

Serial number is: DS-2CD2032-I20140430CCWR46300xxxx
Current Firmware is: V5.1.2 build 140116

Trying to upgrade to 5.3.0

I'm going to answer this with better advice: Upgrade it to 5.1.6, don't upgrade it to 5.3.0

5.1.6 is better than 5.3.0, use the Web-Gui rather than TFTP.

The GUI is what I was trying to use. I get "Upgrading Failed". Then I tried the TFTP method. The first camera I was able to upgrade with no issues.

Any chance you have a download link to 5.1.6 English version? Wrightwood has a link but it's 404.

Thanks again Del Boy! Update, I was able to upgrade from 5.1.2 to 5.2.0 last night(only other firmware I could find at the time). Looks like there is an issue, at least for me, jumping from 5.1.2 to 5.3.0. Anyway, I downloaded 5.1.6 and and tried downgrading and I get a pop-up a few seconds after hitting upgrade saying "Failed to get upgrade status". HikVision sure likes to make things difficult.
