I just brought a new NVR off eBay and the seller said it was working and refurbished.
It is NVR 608 64 ks2.
The problem I am having is I can't login to the unit using the default passwords, and the app method using the QR code keeps giving me an error ecp06 .
I don't know what to do as this was an expensive buy and I'm not getting any feedback from the seller.
Help.
