Andy,

Can you help me on this issue.

I purchased 9 of the IPC-HDW223`E-2S cameras, plus two NVRs from you in the past. Did Dahua stop supporting the zoom feature for the IPC-HDW2231R-ZS cameras?

The reason I am asking is I while back I upgraded the firmware to V4.002.0000000.7.R, Build Date: 2024-07-17 firmware on my NVR 5208-8p-4KSE2 (cameras are IPC-HDW223`E-2S) and noticed that the zoom feature only allows zooming fully out or fully in. It is impossible to partially zoom. Previous versions of firmware allowed partial zooms in and out. So I then upgraded to V4.02.0000000.8.R (2024-10-30 hoping it would resolve the problem. It didn't resolve the problem. No matter what browser I use (Firefox, IE, Edge, Chrome and Pale Moon) still no partial zoom, only full zoom in and out.

Partial zoom continues to work with DMSS on my android phone, SmartPSS, and even the old gDMSS viewer.

Is there anyway I can resolve this partial zoom problem.

Any information is greatly appreciated!
Nick

Probably just too sensitive.

Have you tried running SmartPSS on a pc/laptop and using it to monitor your cameras and zoom?

As stated above, DMSS, SmartPSS and gDMSS all function properly and capable of partial zoom., But I use IE running under Windows 10 to monitor the cameras.
The problem is with Dahua's firmware.
