I have Amcrest camera 1080p was working fine. Chane inter provider to comast now have 2 g and 5 g I had at&t I guess 2.4 can't get camera to connect say must be 2.4 what can I do. Ken

Sounds like you got a new wifi router.
If your camera was connected by wifi, you will need to repeat the initial setup procedure (connect to it with a network cable, then configure it to connect to the new wifi network).
If your camera was connected by ethernet cable, then probably the IP address of the camera changed, or your LAN subnet may have changed, e.g. from 192.168.0.x to 192.168.1.x.
